About me

Hey you! I am so glad you found my website! Let me tell you a little about me and share my passion about real estate and relationships that I create from it. Here you go. It will be brief so stay with me.

I was born and raised in North Texas, more specifically McKinney, and oh my, I have seen so many changes here over the years! My family is 6 generation McKinney-ites. I truly believe I have been down every road in Collin and surrounding counties, including lots of Dallas and Fort Worth. I am a true Texan! I am a dad and a proud husband. I currently live here locally and am very active in the community. I try to give back more than I take from this awesome place in which I live!

As far as my experience in real estate, I have been in the profession for many years now. I got my start in new home sales back in the early 2000's when the market was insanely crazy. I swear if you could fog a mirror, you could get a 100% financing loan and were approved. I sold homes with KB Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, and DR Horton. With being in new homes for close to 8 years, I have developed many outstanding relationships with the sales representatives that go beyond just business. These relationships allow my clients to get the very best deal possible. I know builders well and you can never go wrong with a new home. I have built, sold, and closed hundreds of new homes! I can walk a home and tell what needs to be done and what phase they are in completing it. This experience also allows me to walk in to existing homes and see areas that could be of concern or additional quality that was put into the home.

Shortly after getting married, I realized I wanted to pursue the know how and become a Realtor. I wanted to service all price points and areas and not be tied to one neighborhood. I am a full time Realtor since 2007, and I have been hitting the pavement ever since. It seems like I work 8 days a week! I will work harder and be more available than anyone to assist you in your real estate needs. I do understand though, there are only so many hours in the day, so you have to be smart while you're working. I'm all about productivity and not just activity. If there is something needing to be done, I want to get it done as soon as possible - correctly the first time. If not, keep trying until you get it right.

What are my specialties? Some say that you should say you specialize in just a couple of things and not everything. Well, I specialize in Real Estate. Seriously. There isn't a challenge that I am not willing to take if it makes sense for the client and me. I love what I do, and I have a hunger to be the best at it. No question about it. Buy a home, sell a home, lease a place, whatever - it doesn't matter. I do all of them well and try and get even better at it everyday. I am licensed in the state of Texas and willing to go just about anywhere to sell or buy properties. I can even refer to incredible agents anywhere in the world!

I am very well trained in mortgages and the types of mortgages that work best for you. We will go over many different options to find the one that works for you. Whether its a VA, FHA, USDA, Texas Vet or conventional, we will find you the best loan for your lifestyle.
