(IRVING, TX – July 20, 2008) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW), recently opened its newly renovated and enhanced Plano office to better serve buyers and sellers in Collin County. The announcement of the technology focused office at 4701 West Parker, Suite 650 was made recently by Sue Meyer, president and chief operating officer of CBDFW, who said the site, will become a major resource for residential real estate activities in Plano and Collin County.

“Coldwell Banker Dallas/Fort Worth commits itself through technology with its eMarketing Advantage and with the best state-of-the-art facilities for our sales professionals and the consumers we serve,” says Ms. Meyer. “This office will help us to better assist clients with exceptional real estate services.”

Co-managers of the Plano Office, Denise Ackerman and John DiGiovanni, and CBDFW Facilities Manager Elizabeth Massey recently hosted a grand opening at the new office. Coldwell Banker real estate professionals, staff and others from the community came to see the high tech office.

“The new Plano location offers many high tech advances including a new flat panel monitor in the lobby showcasing properties to visitors as they walk into the lobby,” says Ms. Massey. “There is also a cutting edge conference room with a large flat panel monitor and computer for customer presentations.”

“These advances will allow our clients to see different homes, virtual tours, photos and real estate information better,” says Ms. Ackerman. “These are really great tools for clients and agents.”

The entire office also has Wi-Fi access so agents and clients are free to meet in different locations.

The new model CBDFW office has a more open design and is more functional. This allows agents to share ideas and regularly meet to discuss real estate trends.

“Coldwell Banker is committed to technology both with its facilities and its online marketing through the eMarketing Advantage,” says Mr. DiGiovanni. “The enhanced office continues our commitment to our professionals and clients with technology at the center.”

CBDFW agents also have the most extensive mobile technology when they are in the field. “The combination of telecommuting features and cutting edge office take Coldwell Banker professionals to the next level of service in Collin County,” adds Ms. Ackerman. “Our sales professionals can help clients no matter where they are.”

The new Plano office of CBDFW continues the company’s commitment to Collin County. The area continues to grow at an exponential rate. According to U.S. Census data recently released, McKinney is the no. 3 city in the U.S. in population growth. “We recognize the incredible explosion of growth in this region,” says Ms. Meyer. “Our company looks forward to opening a new McKinney office in the fourth quarter of 2008.”
